Security Package

Basic Package 

Basic package would include services including opening of doors, rekeying locks supplying three keys per lock. If the locks are not to be keyed the same. Windows to be secured by means of screwing windows shut

includes key storage box.

. Includes handwritten workorder describing what was completed. This is a non-emergency classification and will be placed into standard rotation of next available service date. 

Standard Package 

Standard package includes all services included in the basic package opening of doors rekeying of locks and securing windows. Included a handwritten workorder.

Addition to the above would be garage doors to be inspected and secured, sheds, gates and pools areas to be secured with padlocks, includes key storage box.
Fencing not included.
An evaluation of any damages will be provided with pictures of damages.

Moderate Package 

Moderate package Includes all services included in the tear 1 & 2 package opening of doors rekeying of locks and securing windows. Included a handwritten workorder.

Addition to the above would be garage doors to be inspected and secured, sheds, gates and pools areas secure with padlocks
includes key storage box.

Addition, this would include door and frame repair. Measurements of broken window and the boarding up of windows extra locks installed

Intermediate 

Intermediate package includes Tier 1 2 and 3 in addition will include inspection of plumbing and drainage systems.

Looking for any leaks, damage, mold or other abnormally. Mice rodents' raccoons will be addressed with traps. Roof inspection and foundation inspection will be performed. no repairs included in this pricing for any deficiencies. This inspection would also cover any sheds, pool or pump houses secured with padlocks, includes key storage box. Underground sprinkler systems will be serviced filled or drained of antifreeze. Smoke, carbon monoxide detectors will be inspected. Alarm system batteries will be inspected and replaced if needed. Handrails repaired small holes in drywall repaired no painting. 

Advanced

Advanced package includes Tier 1 2 3 and 4 in addition this package will include removal of squatters. These advanced tactics will be required to secure a property when a human element involved.  Mobile security guard's patrol units will provide random checks. Portable surveillance cameras are erected, installing surveillance equipment cameras and sensors. Erecting fences around entire property, posting signs and audio equipment and ariel drone footage to be used. On site staff we be made available to have direct contact with end user via video call interactions with local law enforcement help to ensure we are successful. Law enforcement we be used to complete any interaction with a trespasser, we will interact to ensure they use the law to remove the trespassers.
